Carey隧道周一开始对小车开放 卡车仍然不能通行

州长珂莫宣布：从11月19日（星期一）早上6点开始，休·凯里（Hugh Carey ，原叫布鲁克林-炮台）隧道将重新开放通车，但大车仍然被禁止使用隧道，直至另行通知。
Governor Andrew M. Cuomo announced today that both tubes of the Hugh L. Carey Tunnel, formerly known as the Brooklyn-Battery Tunnel, will reopen to traffic in both directions around the clock beginning at 6 AM on Monday, 11/19/12. Trucks are still barred from using the tunnel until further notice.
11月19日（星期一）之前凯里隧道按如下规则通行：
从11月13日下午3点开始，休·凯里（Hugh Carey ，原叫布鲁克林-炮台）隧道曼哈顿方向的隧道将开通两条车道：一条为巴士用，一条为其他车使用。通行时间为：曼哈顿方向：早上6:00至上午10:00am 进城；布鲁克林方向：下午3:00 PM至7:00 PM。西边的隧道（或说布鲁克林方向）仍然关闭，继续维修。
新泽西-纽约PATH恢复有限运行，从新泽西州的纽瓦克（Newark）到曼哈顿西边33街之间的铁路服务。 PATH列车每天从早上5点开到晚上10点。在纽约曼哈顿西边将停：第9街，14TH ST，第23街，第33街这几个站。 但在早上5 a.m. -- 9:30 a.m，第9街站只能出，不能进；从9:30 a.m. -- 10 p.m，正常进出。

The Hugh L. Carey Tunnel will have one lane in the Manhattan bound tube for buses and one lane will be open for cars. This traffic pattern will be in effect daily from 6am-10am (Manhattan bound) and 3pm-7pm (Brooklyn bound). The west tube of the tunnel, normally used for Brooklyn-bound traffic, remains closed for repairs.
* The 9 Street Station is open for exit only, between the hours of 5 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. From 9:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., passengers may both enter and exit the station.
