[Summary of the Qualification requirements]
   1. Participation is open to companies that have performing penetration testing experience for financial institutions.
   2. The company should send at least one service personnel to perform penetration testing. That
       personnel should have the skills described as follows:
       (1). Penetration test tool use: Received CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) or other similar
              courses training, and get a certificate. or
       (2). Penetration testing service: GPEN (GIAC Certified Penetration Testers), GWAPT
             (GIAC Web Application Penetration Tester) or other similar courses training.
   3. The content of the service will involve sensitive information, and the service provider
        may not subcontract to other vendors.
   4. The report must be written in both English and Chinese.
